Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

I Do Not Have Access to the Program or I Cannot See the Program

In order to have access to view a program, you must have a named user license and you must be added to the specific programs Access Control List.

Contact the owner of the program and ask them to add you to the Access Control List on the program's Access Control tab. They can add you with full access or with read-only access.

When you are granted access to a program, you can see the selected program but you cannot automatically see any of the associated projects. If you need access to one or more of the associated projects, you must also be added to each project's Access Control List (Hubs > Projects > <display project in Detail View> > Access Control tab.
